    bi blue merle with pink nose?

    Pink nose Zephyr (blue merle) had an almost completely pink nose when I first got her. She's a year now and only has two spots left. (one on each nostril). The rest is black. Not sure if ALL pink noses change, but Zephyr's sure did!

    Zephyr does not cuddle.

    Awesome! Awesome! I am glad Zephyr isn't the only one to act this way. :D I mean, it'd be nice if she cuddled with her momma, but as long as she's happy and there isn't anything wrong, I'm totally okay with her being a bit aloof. And Ember is absolutely ADORABLE!

    Thanks everyone. :D Thanks for all of the advice. I've been working with Zephyr. Today she made it across the street. :D And I live in Gainesville, Florida. :D Zephyr is a female blue merle.

    Zephyr, my sheltie, refuses to walk with me

    Whenever I take Zephyr, my 10 week old sheltie out for a walk, she lays down and refuses to come. I call her name, use a stern voice, use a high voice, whistle, snap my fingers, give a gentle tug on the leash, but nothing works. She will then proceed to cry and try and take me back to the stairs...
