I don't think you're over reacting at all. I can't stand seeing people tie up their dogs outside. A slightly better option would be to leave them in the car but even that poses risks. My family had a Shih Tzu who was all black but when he was younger, it had that same rustic coloration of brown. As he got older, it changed to that pure black. Maybe the same will happen for your bi-black. I love that coat coloration on Shelties, by the way. My absolute favorite!

I love their little vests. It's so cute! And I've noticed just how sensitive Sheltie eyes can be. Asher's get pink even if there's pollen in the air. Poor pup

So he's actually average size just about. I guess I just base every Sheltie off of Asher who's 26 lbs at the moment haha Bentley definitely is great for those obstacles though!

I'd say that's a pretty great run! But, I'm no judge or anything. I just assess based on how much fun the dog's having, which looks like Bentley is! Keep it up! Oh, and how many pounds is Bentley? Looks like a tiny, adorable Sheltie
