Missy our rescued "mutt" rescued from a shelter in PA is no longer with us after 18 years. A few years ago we rescued a sheltie we named Buddy who was walking down the center of main street in 95 degree weather. After many flea baths and visits to the vet, he was our treasure. He gave us 5 wonderful years of love. We wanted to rescue a sheltie but didn't have the size yard that was needed.
