Our 5 month old sheltie goes crazy whenever we try to open or close blinds or windows. He jumps, barks, snaps at us, very scary behavior, out of control. The windows don't squeak or make any loud sound -- at least to human ears. We have also noticed that moving a metal chair on our deck causes...
