    Barking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    barks at the wind~ Penny didnt bark at all for the first 8 months of her life. I thought other sheltie owners must all be doing something wrong lol. Gradually she started barking if someone came to the door or to go out (both of which I thought was a good thing). Now she is just past 2 years...

    9th Annual Sheltie Rescue Picnic

    had a GREAT time at the picnic I just wanted to say that this was such a nice event. The park was beautiful, people were very nice, weather was perfect. My daughter, my Penny, and I all had a wonderful time! This will be an annual event for us for sure!

    2011 Northeast Meet Up

    picnic in NJ sounds great! we should be able to make the trip over to NJ for the sheltie picnic - if they have it on Oct 9 that will be perfect. Oct 10 is a school holiday here so we will have a long weekend. looking forward to it!

    Penwood State Park Not a bad drive for me at all, I just verified that dogs are allowed on the ferry. It will be interesting to see how my penny reacts to her first boat ride! The park looks beautiful! Keep me posted on dates. Regards, Lori
