Hi, Beau is walking better on a collar than a harness, not sure why but...I want to try a martingale with him so he cannot back out if that is all he has on. I have never used one. How do I know proper type and fit. Thinking I want one with a buckle to make ease-on.

If Beau ever gets a sibling, I will be looking for a smaller sheltie. I love my Beau to the moon and back, but he is HEAVY and big to pick up.

He is absolutely adorable! The Hug a Dog is made for doxies right? How does it do on a sheltie? I have been looking for a harness Beau will not hate, this one looks comfortable, most of them press down in the middle of his back.

Beau has been to obedience and he earned his CGC back in 2017. He does have car reactivity and a tendency to chase squirrels and sometimes birds but this behavior is completely new since his accident in October--actually since he had the ecollar removed and has been allowed normal activities...
