Wow, my dog has the exact same symptoms right now--I wonder if something is going aorund? My vet told me to feed him white rice and cottage cheese. It was helping at first ,but now it seems to be going back to the old symptoms. I cooked the rice in broth to make it more palatable, so maybe...

I use Artemis small dog puppy. My dog enjoys it and he's healthy & happy. Protein are it's top ingredients; it has grain but no wheat or corn (it has barley and rice.)

I suspect that she may be smelling her pee/poo on the carpet and going again in those spots. Dogs will look for areas they've "gone before" and go again in those areas. Do you use a pet stain remover that is specifically formulated to remove pee smell odors? Dogs can smell 40x as well as humans...
