both my tobias aqnd my bambi nipped like that at first. i very gently held their snoot together and said no and then gave them kisses all over their snoot. they both stoped nipping after a short time.

SHARON 7- the long nose was made for kissing ! that is so funny. that is where i always kissed my tobias and now kiss my bambi. i start at the tip of the nose and work my way all along the long nose and back to the tip again:smile2:

lightplum- sheltie guy is right. that is what i meant. that if they euthanized tobias because he lacked the show dogs qualities i would missed the joys of him being my pet.aka- my furry little son:smile2::wink2:

that's so sad! my little tobias was not of show dog quality because spots of coloring but his breeder just sold him for a lesser price. oh the years of joy i would have missed if his breeder had done such a thing.
