Who doesn't have a photo like this?! They just seem to go into ecstasy when they are rolling....by any chance was their bird poop under there? That's Indy's favourite...rolling in wildlife poop!
Probably some sort of poo...lots of deer in that area....Anna loved to roll in poop and anything dead... even armadillo! Yuck! Stinky thing! I love the look they get when covered with the scent.. such happy dogs! (and my look of total dismay...bath time!)!
