ChaCho isn't around other dogs and I'd like to find a sheltie group in the Pasadena, Texas area to join. Does anyone know of any groups in this area?

Wears collar My dog acts as if I've taken a treat away from him or something if I take his collar off. He'll just sit and watch his collar until I finally put it back on him and then he'll starts being his usual adorable self.

Thank you I just wanted to thank everyone for their very helpful responses. I will just get him trimmed the way I normally do. AND, just make sure I keep him well brushed and hydrated and exercised and outside during the cooler part of the days.

I've had people tell me that I should get ChaCho's coat trimmed way back for the summertime since it's so hot and humid here in Texas. What is the general consenus on this?
