Thank you all for the kind thoughts and prayers. Today was the first day she didn't sit on my lap before I got into my wheelchair. I used to pet her on my lap every morning before I got to my chair. :(

We had to put our sweet little girl down today. :( She had kidney failure and was just very weak and wouldn't eat anymore without being spoonfed. She also wouldn't drink. She will be very missed.

Looks like Taste of the wild is sold at my local tractor supply store.

I wonder if we can get a 4 or 5 star dry dog food at our local grocery store?

it's been a while since I've posted here. I have 2 sheltie's a male Trevor aged 5 and a female Penny aged 9. We had been feeding them Rachel Ray's Nutrish food and I've read about it and now see that its garbage. Trevor is barely able to get his hind legs off the ground when he's laid down...

Calm and quiet? You made a funny! :D he's pretty hyper. He loves to bark at the ice machine when we get some out of the fridge. All in all though he's a nice companion.

Well he got the same shot again today that he did last year. Vet said it might take a couple days to work. She said it lasts a month or so so hopefully by then whatever affects him will die outside since it should be cold. We tried bitter apple but it didn't seem to work. Also Trevor seems...

Yeah its weird as Penny our sable sheltie seems to be unaffected. He has an appointment at the vet on Thursday. Hopefully when winter comes and things die down so will his allergies..

Hey all long time no see. I was wondering if anyone knows why Trevor is nibbling on his feet. He did it last year and we took him to the vet and they gave him a shot that fixed it. I was just curious what might cause it. Thanks! PS, its the tops of his feet not the pad area.
