  • Sorry..I haven't been on the computer in a few days. True did get spayed and it went well except for the fact she developed ANOTHER bladder infection afterwards. Her ear is due from airborne allergies (benadryl 2x/day). My vet took her off the steriods. My kitty, Trixie, is still very needy but doing so much better. She is trying to love up to True (slowly). My parents have good and bad moments. My mom is confined to the house(dr. cracked her bone) b/c she had a total hip replacement when Dakota died. Unlike us, she cannot keep busy so things will stay off of her mind. My parents (myself included) loved Dakota tons...and time is slowly making things better (well....God is making it better). I ordered them a memorial for their house. I will send you a picture of it...it was very cute! Thanks for your prayers. It is amazing that we have never met...but your prayers, thoughts, and wishes have brought us through some difficult struggles! THANK YOU :)
Sorry Mally, thanks for being such a good BOY and understanding us humas make mistakes. LOL I completely understand, when my daughter Devyn was born it took almost everyone 2 years to figure out (or remember) that she was a girl, and not a boy. As a parent, I feel you.
I agree, Mally's photos are fantastic. It's amazing how much of her personality you can see in them, and they are visually stunning. Please tell Don that I too an a fan of his work!! Hope you all have a great day.
Tell Don his photo are great. Yes my dogs are show dogs. I got them as perfromance dogs but they have done well in breed. Justice is a Canadian Champion,UKC Grand champion and Bahamian Champion. Ember and Diva are UKC Champions. Ember is spayed now. She is very petite at 14lbs. Alittle too small. Diva is my hopeful for breeding. She is pointed in AKC breed. Lots of good qualities to pass on. I love shelties no matter what they look like. Its their temperments that make them great.
Thank you for your comments on the photos of my dogs. Yes Diva is the one that wrecked the nativity scene. She often leaps but she looks. I just asked Ember to hold the handbag. I taught her to retrieve but it took her 6 months. She is very good but not as good as Justice. I think Justice's personality is captured by the video. Ham to the thenth degree. I looked at Mally's photos. They are absolutely beautiful. Mally's coloring is alot like Justice.
Tiara is a hoot. She is smarter than we are most of the time. She keeps us on our toes. I'll have to see if the banana trick will work with her when she doesn't want to come in. Maybe that is the treat I need to take on walks.
Dakota's vet is True's vet!!! The only problem is they are booked because of the holidays!! They asked if I could take her to a local animal hospital...since they were sooo booked!! I thought that would be fine...but maybe not!True has an appt. Tues (to get spayed) so I am going to ask them to just look inside her ear then to see what is going on! Thanks for the prayers! I will pray for Mally's health too!
Thank you so much! She still has really curly hair! It is just starting to straighten out on her sides, but she still has all sorts of curls around her face and on her collar and along her back. She is darling to us. :)
I am so sorry I didn't answer your lovely post earlier! Thank you so much for your kind compliments of Ellie in her hat. She wasn't happy to have it on until she knew there were treats involved. She is ALLLLLL about the food! I hope I get to see Mally's photos soon!
