And it still feels like it was yesterday that I lost them. Max & Simba were my best friends, my heart dogs. I still feel the pain and sorrow that I felt when I lost them. When they passed away I felt like I lost half of me.

Here are some photos of them I have. Sorry for the quality, I didn't have a digital camera yet.

So here are some pictures(Simba was reddish brown, Max was blackish brown):

Here is a video I made of them a while back. I can hardly watch it without crying:

Thanks for looking. Its nice to know there are others out there who know what I am going through and give support.

Great video. Very heartwarming. Thanks for sharing.

It has been two years since my heart dog, Cedar, died. He passed away the day after Christmas and it was very unexpected. It still brings me to tears to talk about him. I totally know how you feel.

thanks for sharing the pictures and the video.. it is so difficult to lose beloved pets.. my Jamie died on July 14 past and I am not over him..

Only someone who has lost a furry family member can understand what you feel. I lost my Griffin (Sheltie) July 17, 2009, after having her for 14 years and when I got her I knew nothing about how wonderful Shelties are. I always wish she was still around. Most of us on this forum have been there, you will never forget them. They have a space somewhere in your heart. Remember them in love.

Thanks so much for sharing your pictures and video of Simba and Max. Such a happy, pair they were. I wish I could have met them. ( I could see they had "sheltie" in them.)

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely pictures and videos. They sure were happy little souls with the sweetest smiles. Many of us here have felt the same loss. It will be 4 yrs. next month since I lost my beloved Lacey.

Beautiful tribute to your lovely babies. I lost my first Sheltie, Tiger, at age 12 in 1985 and her lovely son, my "little brother", Fonzie at age 17 in 1992 and I still miss them and tear up over them. They were the greatest dogs ever and they are the standard upon which I judge all other Shelties.
