A continuing Sca-ga

Sca the Austrailian Border Sheltie (yep accused of being an Aussie last night) actually left food in his bowl this morning :eek2: I think I might finally be cutting the monsters food back a bit more. Of course he did sit and beg for cheese from my lunch sandwich before hand so maybe that was a factor :o

So I need to go interview with a customer today (suit and tie :( ) and got to bed early had everything planned and at 4AM Sca decides he needed to hoork up bits of the soccer ball cover he had eaten :eek2: He loves balls but that type is off the list

I sleep like a stone so I missed it. I think he came over and nudged me at some point and was hoorking after but I only remember trying to figure out what the noise was. Of course minus the soccer ball pieces he was ready to go later and wanted to play. His latest is being a Sheltie collar. He zooms up the arm side of the couch then up behind my neck with his front legs. That means I must sit up and fight or after a delay get my ear bit

Oh and Mr Coimhead is getting pretty good about not getting into stuff. Not run of the house yet but noticeably better. He still goes behind the couch to destroy blinds and get the couch if he thinks he can but for the most part he knows when he is doing evil. When in the garage he just cruises and checks things out. Of course if he all of a sudden zooms into the house I need to go and take whatever he is not supposed to have

So Sca crashed last night :eek2: We were playing frisbee (he has been obsessed the last couple of days) and he was homing in on a low throw. He just missed picking it off before it hit then missed scooping it (something he never does). As he went by he went for scoop number two and put himself in a barrel roll about the times  He was fine and didn't even want a break.

Later he went from the motorhome down on the road right back to the yard with me without a leash  He still doesn't have full run but I even have been letting him have one open room at night. Last night though he was in attack the bed mode so that one was off limits. The it was grab a sock and zoom time.

He gets to go to his summer house this weekend again as I am going to race (in the rain) at Barber this weekend. Then a whole month off. Of course Dad put a back gate in so he can now visit the neighbors and play with Rascal the long haired wiener dog. It will be interesting to hear how the do when Sca has no fence to stop him from circling Rascal. I figure poor Rascal will be dizzy pretty quick.
