A Few Sheltie Questions

As of "heart dog" here is the poem that I wrote about sheltie as "heart dog":

My Sheltie, O, My Heart!

My Sheltie! My heart!
As it would to Sheltie!
The eyes of innocent dog,
So welcoming!

The hue of color perfection,
White, brown and touch of black,
The hair of Sheltie is a sunshine,
That radiates!

The personality is immaculate,
Of that a Sheltie,
That draws you like a soft gravity,
So comforting!

Sheltie is your true companionship,
Wanting to be with you,
That fills your heart with joy,
That cares!

The loyalty of Sheltie is unfaltering,
Strong, faithful and true,
Looks up to you like a Master,
So attentive!

Scott,

Thank you for posting your beautiful poem.

Since I asked those questions last November, I have learned much.

I now know what a "heart dog" is because I have one.

I now know what a "reactive dog" is because I have one.

As for more than one Sheltie, I keep saying, 'No, thank you', but honestly if that little 9-year-old Rescue girl photographed in her tutu was anywhere near Washington State, you couldn't keep me away from her.
