A proper introduction

Hi! I've posted a few times but haven't really introduced myself.

My name is Jennifer and I have two shelties. We live in upstate NY.

Tommy is Denron's Pinball Wizard, a small 8 year old black tri colored sheltie. He has agility and rally titles (2 CPE CATCH's, and RE, AX and MXJ in AKC) and was running very well but was recently diagnosed with IVDD (a degenerative spine disease common in dachshunds). Weird that my short-backed 15 pound tiny boy has that, but he's now retired. We may look into nosework for something for him to do because a bored Tommy is the most obnoxious dog in the world.

Callie is Jolie Princess of Caledonia and will be one year old this month. She is a blue eyed sable merle with a lovely pedigree, and I think she is drop dead gorgeous. We're training for agility and I am playing around with some conformation to try a UKC show next month... Something I swore I would never do. But she's so pretty I can't stand it and I have to show her off.

Nice to officially meet you and your furbabies Jennifer!:biggrin2: Tommy and Callie both sound like grate dogs, I can't wait to see pictures of them. Good luck with conformation, that's a goal of mine for the future.

Hello and welcome to Sheltie Nation from Florida, Jennifer, Tommy and Callie. We look forward to seeing pics of your lovely furbabies.
