For all the new puppy owners!!! First, congratulations!

Now....There is some wonderful advice on this forum, from A to Z. But...
this forum can not raise your puppy!

None of this advice can take the place of a session of Puppy Kindergarten. It is not only for the puppy's socialization and manners, but, think of it as a parenting class. You get the benefit of hearing the concerns of other new puppy owners, and the tips to deal with them. Don't short change your puppy or your family by missing out on this great program. Call around, or look on line, or ask your friends. You want to find a place that has Association of Professional Dog Trainers members on staff. A local shetland sheepdog club may have information also. We can help you find your local club.
Help your puppy grow to be the best behaved, well mannered family member.

We start Kindergarten puppy class with Denali on Jan 9th. Denali also gets his third shot series next week so we are so looking forward to finally being able to take him off the property to train & socialize him and to have some fun adventures.

If I am ever driving south, in your area, I would be delighted to stop by and do puppy ears! It happens often, that I am doing ears on my way to or from somewhere.

Yep....like the other new puppy owners, we were waiting for our 3rd shots(he received last week) as well to take him to puppy class. Our two year old tri Megan just went right to obedience at 6 months although puppy class would have helped her A LOT!
