Anyone in texas?

Have you checked out the CKC breeders in Canada along the west coast? If you’re willing to travel (or pay for pup to go by air) you could open up a lot more available pups. Here where I live (I’m more central Canada closest to North Dakota) we have around 5 or 6 reputable breeders!

We're in Colorado so the middle of the US (almost exactly the geographic middle). More than willing to travel; I know the West Coast of the US is about a 3-day trip (we have a daughter in Oregon) but not sure enough about Canadian geography (ashamedly so) to know what would be like directly north of us -- if it helps we're right next to the Rockies on the east side.

You’d be looking at British Columbia and possible Alberta (my American geography is probably as good as your Canadians lol). Also keep in mind your dollar goes much further up north….
Here’s the link from the CKC puppy list of breeders in British Columbia

As you can see there are quite a few. Also something you could ask is if they’re travelling to shows in the US where they could meet you part way. Lots of breeders travel to shows in the US and I know quite often they’ll take a pup with them that’s going to a pet home.

I'm in Utah and got Luna from a breeder in Ogden. I know there are at least two and possibly three reputable Sheltie breeders in the state. Luna was AKC registered and both parents were DNA tested. I don't know about the other breeders. Mine doesn't have any puppies available right now but Utah is close so it's certainly worth a search.https://classifieds.ksl.com/listing/71729847 The price on this one is suspiciously low, though. I certainly paid a lot more than that for Luna four years ago. Here's one more in Idaho. Also not a long way from you in Colorado.https://classifieds.ksl.com/listing/71601883
