Have you tried Canna Pet

My gal is 15 and arthritic. I put her on Canna Pet and she seems 5 years younger. Its a hemp product so its perfectly legal. A little pricey but worth it. I was getting it on Amazon but now I think you can get it from the company if you don't have a pet store that carries it.

I just use it once a day and she is like a new dog. I was thinking that I might have to put her down soon because of her slowness/pain and now I don't think I need too. I still have to lift her into my car though, but walks now are good and she seems so much happier. So glad my holistic dog store suggested it. She is also on a raw food diet that has helped her skin issues too. Hope that helps you or somebody else.

The FDA is usually wrong.

No dis-respect but if we did everything the FDA wanted us to do we would be a whole lot sicker. I use to be a drug rep with Merck and I don't have any faith in the FDA. They are in bed with the pharmaceutical companies. We are way more sick because of it.

What I do know is that the hemp product (not pot) from Canna Pet has been a tremendous help to my old gal. Way way better then all the drugs vets wants to give you, and with-out all the side effects. Something natural is always going to sound the alarm bells with the FDA. A bunch of crooks and lobbyist. Anyway, if you want to avoid the meds Vets love to prescribe for pain this might be a way to go. Just thought I would share what has been a tremendous help to us.
 
Agree - yes, Sheltie is such a small race, personally I would carry my dog up and down the stairs. :yes:

I still carry Minnie (she are not small) down the stairs several times a day to spare her elbows.

With my GSD it was a bigger problem. :lol:
