Beef tendons

Been giving the boys beef tendons to chew for their teeth. They advertise "long lasting".

They lied it takes the collie 5 minutes, Fletcher 10 to tear through one.

I got some very large ones at the doggy whole foods in Carmel/Monterey.

The shepherd did well and consumed it in 20 minutes with some very good scraping. Melli and Cubby gnawed the ends good but didn't make too much headway. Seemed to hard for them.

I plan to stick with the pizzles. Beef, Bison, whatever. Pizzles all the way!

My 2 love bully sticks, but Milo can go through one in a day. What are pizzles? I should check those out. I just want to be sure to have enough things that Lacey can chew when she reaches the teething stage. I can't have my furniture chewed again. Milo was a total monster.

Ohhhhh now the choice to feed bully sticks is a psychological representation of a Freudian desire, is it? Hmmmmm.

Well, if it keeps the dogs' teeth clean so I don't have to do dentals, so be it! Hee hee.
