If she has no open wounds you can try betadine antiseptic wash -not solution- and water.
To do this you put warm water in a tub and add enough of the betadine to make the water the colour of weak iced tea. Stand the dog in the solution for about 5 minutes. Towel dry. This will get into the cracks and crevices around the nails etc and kill off any over abundance of yeast. At the same time you need to treat around the mouth so that the transfer of yeast isn't happening between ears, feet and mouth. I will have to look up the product we used to use for this - been years since this was an issue with one of my westies. Will try to get back to you asap.
The other thing you can use is Nizoral shampoo (human) Rub into dry feet and just under the lips where the crusty area is. Leave on 3 minutes then rinse. Do this for 3 days in a row.
I doubt this was groomer related. Overgrowth of yeast happens when the immune system is depressed. This can happen with stress, vaccines, illness, going into season etc. The trick is to get the dog back into balance.
