Converting to IUs

Does anyone know how to convert omega 3 supplements from milligrams to IUs? I know that conversion of anything to IUs is specific to each given vitamin or supplement, and it is not standard, but I cannot for the life of me find a conversion chart of omega 3!! One of my dogs needs a specific amount, rather than a general dosage based on weight in MGs.

I would either ask the vet or ask a given pill's manufacturer. I see different numbers for different manufacturers based on source (krill, etc), strength (double, etc). Not sure I would be comfortable being 100% certain on anything I found online.
