Truly? The TOTW kibble is very distinctive....much darker coloured than other kibble. That is very scary.

Did you call them about this?

So do I need the insult...ahhh...NO. I found the customer service to be *******,and really don't give a whip what I as an owner had gone thru. Even with the 3rd phone call,I had Jasper sicker than sick.

Do I think it was the bag that was just bought when we came home from NY,you bet.

Thry can't know it unless we as owners call. I know I am knee deep in vet bills becuase of this ****. One dog is one thing,but when it goes thru 4 I am done with the company.

My dogs are finally back to normal.But let me tell ya,it has been no picnic at any way shape or form.
As much as I have been a devoted customer,nearly 3 years of this food,I would not wish any sickness on any dog or owner to deal with it.

It's TOTW, right? Can you PM me with the details? (e.g. do you have the bags with lot numbers, expiry dates, etc.) And remind me of the dog's symptoms. I'll feed it up through my HO as I'm being told that they Diamond is starting to clear some product this week.

The bag is long gone,and my conversations...all 3 were recorded by them,so they have my info.
 
They weren't particularly pleasant or helpful when I called either :/ When all of my dogs come up sick... vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, disoriented, and some seizures, it is the food... and I have a lot of dogs. It's not like someone with 1 or 2 claiming it's the food. When all of mine have come up sick, and they only have 1 thing in common that could've caused it, it's the food.
Shame on them. I have been a long time supporter of their food... until last week.
 
Rachel was feeding the last batch of puppies TOTW puppy food and had a horrible time with gas and diarrhea. Mom too. Never had such a terrible time. Changed the food and it cleared up just like that. First litter we fed TOTW to and the last. Sad because it appeared to be a good food and company but when they lose trust, thats it.

The list of trusted companies is getting very small, truely.
 
I hear ya, it really has sent us into a scramble for food that is available within at least an hour drive,without having to order.
For now we have gone to wellness,and every one seems stable,and appetites have returned.

May not be one of a food I may keep them on,as I still am on the fence about it. If Earnhardt did not have such allergie issues,I would feed another type of food.But my choices are limited here.

Michele, I just started ordering my food online...I LOVE IT!!!!!! The UPS guy...errr not so much:lol: Soo much better to have 50lb bags dropped on my door step instead of shlepping them out of the store to my car in the car out of the car and to my house!

Anway back on topic....I had similar things happen with other brands of food and that has immediately turned me off from using them...imagine people who only have one dog and dont have the herd to get sick to raise a red flag....:no:

Do you have bag lots, expiry dates, etc. to give me to feed up? Its really hard to get attention unless I have specifics.....thanks!
