Sammy and I took part in Furry Friends 5K in Whitby last Sunday.

We have been training together a year for this, our chip time was 23:30.

When we first started, Sammy did have problems her with her paws ripping, so we took it slow and I made her run on grass as much as possible, but over time her paws toughen up, and she has no problem anymore.

I think all shelties are happy as long as they are with their person, no matter what the activity is.
