Dog park help

Thank you EVERYONE for the amazing replies, they really have been helpful! I'm not feeling as guilty now and I think we'll just give up on the dog park. There's only a small amount of dogs near us and none are friendly but maybe we'll meet someone on one of our longer walks eventually. I believe he is happy enought with Mr Broccoli and us but I just wanted to make sure Monty would be as happy as possible, without me taking in another dog (I really don't think I could cope with two Montys lol).

Darren, Monty is more than "happy enough"...he is totally happy as long as he has his side kick, Mr. Broccoli, and you and the girls. My motto is if something is really good, don't mess with it. And I suspect Monty would be absolutely horrified if you took in another dog...he is the one and only Monty and he wants it to stay that way!

I gotta agree with you Trini! If Darren thinks Monty is bad now just imagine how much worse he’d be if he took in another dog lol. When I got Finnie Piper definitely rebelled! And he’s no Monty:lol:!

Rebellion might be only the start if Monty takes after his namesake, Field Marshall Bernard Montgomery, we could be witnessing the start of WWIII if Darren suddenly brought in an intruder. :(

I would love to have Monty and another be like Spitfire and Angus. It's just to much of a gamble, more so after Trini pointed out the actual world is at stake :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
