Hello! Oliver is now about 5 months old and FINALLY got with the potty training program! It has taken him a good 12 weeks to get potty trained. The issue we are having now is his excited peeing. I know a lot of people say that "he will grow out of it" but, if that is the case, maybe I just need to hear it a few more times! 
My aunt's dog never "grew out of it", so I don't want this to be an ongoing issue as I am hoping to use Oliver for a therapy dog. He pees a few drops (sometimes 3 or 4, and sometimes 20) when he gets excited that someone new has come in the house, or that someone new is showing him affection. He LOVES people, which I am extremely grateful for! He does not do this excited peeing with treat/food excitement. Not sure what to do. I don't know if this is something he could control, or if it really is an age issue. Anyway, any suggestions on what to do about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
