German Team for WC 2011

This weekend the finals took place and luckily this time they we're pretty close to my home so I could watch the last 2 days.

It's so cool, that 3 friends of mine qualified!!!!

By the way: It's the first year, that just Border Collies and Shelties will compete for Germany :winkgrin:

I made a short video of every team (in all 3 categories):

I love the videos! Great music too. Last year, the Canadian world team was made up of only BC and shelties too :smile2:

That must have been wonderful to be able to go and watch the try outs - the calliber of the competitors would have been great to see and watch.
 
Lucky you! It's always fun to watch the top competitors run. Thanks for sharing the videos. I love the way you edited the different runs together into a single run. I did the double-take the first time the dog and handler changed.

who are your friends, they must be awfully proud!!! Great job, for sure!!
I wish we had a video like this for the Canadian team, it is so emotionally charged, lol and I get so excited for them!

That was great! Thanks so much for sharing! I agree--I liked the editing to show each dog and handler.

Also, I really liked all the German themed equipment (colors of tunnels, weaves, etc...) really neat!
