He is driving me crazy!

Yucky weather has had the dogs in the house all day for the last couple of days.

The lab is content to lay on his bed and sleep or chew a kong and the poodle is getting older and he just sleeps all day anyway.

Not Rambo! Oh no! He has to harass the other two all day and protect me from the evil vacuum and other threats!

ANYTHING that is left out of place or moved in the entire house has to be barked at. Last night, I couldn't figure out what it was, he would not settle down just kept pacing and growling/barking while looking at the corner of the living room. I finally figured out. It was the aquarium. The fish had dug in the gravel and a plant was floating around in the tank.:eek2:

Supposed to clear off later so hopefully we can get in a good walk and have a quiet evening.
 
Inside games are your friend. I had Sca doing around the cones (flyball) last time it rained for multiple days. Make him do down stays and see how far you can get (or time) etc. Make him use his brain :cool:
 
Yes, definite Sheltie.

With the weather cooler and less exercise, Indy has rediscovered the toilet paper roll! Every morning I have to scrap it off the living room rug where he dragged it to chew on. We've been trying to put it on top of the toilet but sometimes one of us forgets. :rolleyes2:

I feel your pain....we lost another roll only minutes ago...PYPER!!
 
It's been way too blustery today to take the girls on their morning walk (wind advisories!), so we have been curled up in a big puppypile on the sofa. Gracie is content to stay curled up under a blanket (she has no coat to speak of, poor thing), Bela wants to prance around and get into trouble. I had to make a makeshift dog gate out of the dining room chairs to block her from wandering off and getting into something.

Last night, she escaped me and I caught her emerging from underneath the dresser in the bedroom! I have no idea how she managed to wedge herself in there.
