I have read that a lot of the members of Sheltie Forums use Vibrant Pets vitamins. (www.vibrantpets.net) Is this a great vitamin to use for Shelties and why? I use vitamins that have been recommended by Whole Dog Journal and that have the NASC seal. Like for instance Standard Process Whole Body Support and etc. I was just wondering what results you have had with Vibrant Pets vitamins? Thanks for the information.

I've been using it for over a month. Bailey has a beautiful soft coat. She has had loose stool from a sensitive stomach and a chronic UTI. After a diet change and adding vibrant pets, her stool has been normal and her UTI cleared up. I don't believe vibrant pets is the sole reason, but I believe it helped her.

I still want to bring it to my vet and make sure they approve it.

I started the Vibrant Pets thing. I live in the same town as the people who developed it. I know and trust them. If you check around the forum, you'll see where I've written about how Lee Miller and his wife Irina developed it, and why it is a solid product. Look under the food, treats and supplements section - Vibrant Pets - testing. I personally swear by it. You'll also see posts by folks who have used it with great success.

We've been using it now for about 3-1/2 months. With in a two week time frame, Earnhardt had showed signifigant improvement on a very bad (like raw) quarter size sore he had on one of his hind legs.

The area started growing back hair,he no longer seemed to be scratching,or biting the area. Now he did have some veterinary intervention, and was put on a steriod to help with the internal aspects of him chewing that particular area.

We also at the time took a real hard look at his dry food, and made a switch also, with the added Vibrant Pets, within a very short time..he no longer was shedding. I mean it was almost as if someone had turned the shedding switch to the off position. Probably the biggest change, was the way Earnhardt would get up & down off the floor to a standing position,or the way he walked up steps,he looked as though he was much more comfortable, and in less discomfort,or none at all.He is a big dog,and does have hip issues.

I'm sure Jessica (Smudge) can weigh in heavily on the effects of Vibrant pets,on her sheltie,as he definately had vast improvements on the product.

Trapp has been on a small dose,to work him up to the recommended scoop now for over a month. His coat is soft, lucious, and filling in wonderful. He will be 5 months on the 26th.

For the price of the jar,we have been using it now for a very long time, the scoop in circumferance is smaller than a dime. It goes along ways.

If you call them, they actually guarentee you will see results in two weeks,or you do not pay for the first jar. They will not bill your credit card, until they verbally call you to see how it is working. My card just got charged last week for my jar,and we ordered on 9/18/09.

Baxter has been on Vibrant Pets joint supplement since shortly after I got him from rescue. He was extremely overweight(53# when he should weigh 35#) and was having very bad problems with his legs. He came with a bag of Iams dog food. Well that went into the garbage as soon as I could transition him to something better. His coat was stiff and wiry in terrible shape.

The Vibrant Pets along with the better food and a significant weight loss, have made a huge difference in him. He still has a some problems with his legs but usually only if we overdue with his exercise and he gets tired. His coat has improved 100%. He doesn't even look like the same dog. Michelle is right. You use very little so it lasts a long time. I still have about 1/3 of the
16 oz. jar left and he's been taking it since the beginning if September.
