Hi guys!

The moment I found this forum I knew I just had to sign up. ;) I'm quite new in the sheltie world as I've been a sheltie owner not longer than four weeks... so I guess I'm here to learn new things about this amazing breed! I'm most interested in the differences between the American and English lined shetland sheepdogs as well as the different colours and how they are inherited. :)

Let me introduce to you my lovely tricolour boy, Robin. He is from European lines. A perfect little thing, my baby boy... I'll show you a few photos. In these shots he is three months old.

I'm always searching for the differences between American and European Shelties too. It's a very interesting question.

My Sheltie boy Perry has a Norwegian and Swedish bloodline in his pedigree. You can have a look at the gallery Fuzzy Photo Update - they you will find plenty of Sheltie pictures.

Welcome to the forum, Robin is a precious little guy. I currently own my 4th Sheltie a Sable little boy 5 mos and 1 week old today. His name is Hartley.

I noticed his ears too, what are you using to tip them? They don't seemed to be glued are they naturally tipped or are you weighting them with something.

farthest from Philly? eastern US? whole US
there are people in Singapore, Australia, China, various European countries.......
