Hi! I live in Raleigh, North Carolina. My husband and I decided we needed an addition to the family so we got a Sheltie puppy at Christmas. Her name is Zoey and we love her so much! She very petite, 6 months old now and just 10 lbs. Her color is blue merle. She LOVES fetch. She would play all day if she could. Her other favorites include sleeping under the covers, peanut butter, and long walks!

I have had Labs in the past, but Zoey is my first Sheltie. It's been quite an experience learning about this breed over the past few months, but Google has brought me to Sheltie Forums many times, so I thought it was time to introduce myself! :smile2:

Hi and welcome! Zoey sounds like a sweetie and full of spunk!!! My Brandi loves to play fetch with a tennis ball ... she would play it all day if you let her! Looking forward to seeing a pic of your little sweetie!
 
Zoey is a real cutie! Thanks for posting the pictures. We all love pictures! There's just something about shelties--they all have dominant genes for cuteness:lol:
 
Welcome! Your pup is adorable and Raleigh is such a nice area I used to live in Cary, NC. I know there are tons of great outdoors stuff in that area you can enjoy with your little pup.
