Found Sheltie Nation again and this time I joined up!
I/we are owned by three wonderful Shelties: Cosmo, our elder gentleman (who was actually quite a devil in his younger days!) at 15 1/2, Boomer, the middle child at a bouncing 9 years old and tiny little Milli at 18 weeks.
Both Milli and Boomer are from Triangle Sheltie Rescue, ably managed by Sherri Mains (a saint if I've ever met one!). After we adopted Boomer three years ago, I decided I could foster a dog this summer...and ended up with a 12 week old puppy named Zoey. My husband promised I couldn't give her up and after a quick name change and lots of puppy kisses, I sent in the adoption papers!
I haven't had a puppy for 15 years and it's a new ball game. Milli has livened up our household and helped Boomer perk up, too. They love playing while Cosmo sits by the sidelines.
More about my tribe later, but just wanted to pop in to announce myself instead of lurking about as I usually do...http://www.sheltieforums.com/images/smilies/wink2.gif
