I'm so enjoying this site. I'm the owner of three Shelties: Cody, Teddy & Abby.
Abby is 8, and is a barker, standoffish with strangers, and keeps the two boys in line. Cody is almost 4, and his brother is 2. (well same parents - different litters...does that make them brothers, or do they have to come from the same litter?). Well anyway, they are the most lovable, friendly guys who love company, kids, etc. We love them dearly!:yes:

I've been a lurker for awhile getting such good hints, info..just love all the Sheltie talk.

Funny how the older females just kinda take charge & look after the rest of the pack, isn't it?

Our Joy is also a bit standoffish -the three boys steer clear while playing.

We have two, Bailey our boy is a sable and is 9. We got him from New England Sheltie Rescue when he was just a puppy.

Katy is three and tri colored and 3, just about to turn 4. Katy also came to us from New England Sheltie Rescue when she was 2.

Kayla and Tessa are littermates, but half sisters. their mama had a one night stand with a mini aussie. Tessa is the result
i have 4 girls, Suzi, a dark sable, also my service dog, Kayla, blue merle,
Tessa, blue merle and sheltie/mini aussie mix ( i call her a "shaussie") and Sugar, a american eskimo, who thinks she is a funny looking white sheltie

Welcome, we don't have lurkers, all though you are probably a Red Sox fan so maybe you are! Hehehehe. Dad was from Lawrence and both children went to northeastern college. Love Bostons north end. And yes, pictures please.
