Hi! More from MI here :)

Thanks, lightplum .... Having pups is a huge responsibility which I do not take lightly...

My #1 pet peeve (even more than hearing "mini collie" lol) is that people think Shelties are neurotic barkers, spinners, & ankle biters. So my pups are socialized like crazy, and can be very calm house dogs, lapdogs, and competitors. Mine have a very nice on/off switch I like to say :) Its not worth breeding a dog you can't live with just because it showed well, IMO.

Ive gotta admit, I wont do puppies again during a hard class load, lol. It mightve brought my grades down a little bit, but thankfully the professors were willing to work with me. They knew the puppies needed me more than I needed to be in class. And, at the time I was only enrolled part time.

Thanks everyone for the nice welcome. Cant wait to get to know you better! So, how many MI members are there? :)

Your kids are beautitful and that litter was so cute. If I knew of someone looking for a puppy in your area I would surely send them your way. Looks like you do a very good job with the puppies and adults. Look forward to getting to know you.

Welcome to the forum. Love your photos. Isn't there a law, though, against having that much cuteness all in one place? :smile2:

I'm not from Michigan, but Wisconsin. That's close. Does that count?

Welcome to the Forum, Kelly. I checked out the Sympa Shelties web site and your dogs are just beautiful and have fabulous coats!

H, Kelly! Welcome to Sheltie Nation -- though I can see by the pictures that you have your own little country going there!!!!

Rylee is a cool color. I get up that way (Grattan) once a year so it is good that you didn't keep him :uhoh: Sca did mumble something about short and no tri's though
