Hey all! I've been lurking here for longer than I'd like to admit, and I've finally decided to come out of the darkness. ;)

I don't have a Sheltie yet, but hopefully my fiancé and I will be moving into a dog-friendly place soon.

When I was in middle school/high school my neighbor had a Sheltie named Roxy and we were best friends! She's the reason I want to get a Sheltie when I can finally get a dog. Roxy definitely fit the breed 'stereotype,' so I have an idea of what I'm getting myself into, lol.

I'm super excited to get my puppy, and definitely can't wait to start agility with him!

Welcome. Roxy was such a happy looking little doggie...no wonder she stole your heart.

Hopefully, soon, you will be able to get a sheltie of your very own...they are such precious companions and a joy to work with.

Welcome! Ask your angel Roxy to arrange things . . . nothing would please a little herding dog angel than to steer you to the right housing and the right puppy! Miracles happen when sheltie love is involved!

Even though she wasn't my dog, Roxy is definitely my heart dog. And I have a feeling she'll help me pick the right puppy :smile2:
