I just joined the forum a little while ago, we have 1 Sheltie and his name is Dusty, 1 chihauhau his name is Teddy Bear, and 1 Scottie Terrier and her name is Mindy. Dusty was rescued from a dog pound, he was to be put down the nex day and my daughters brother inlaw went into to the pound looking for a cat to adopt for his little girl. Dusty is a blue merle and he has the most beautiful eyes, Tim ask if he could have Dusty and they gave him to Tim and then on to me. Dusty has turned into a great dog, when I first got him he was scared and afraid, now is very playful and loving. We got Teddy Bear when he was 4 months old, he just a big baby, and Mindy was a rescue dog and she is sweetheart, very loving. We love all our babies and they love us.:biggrin2:
 
Welcome! Dusty is one lucky dog!!! One more day and that would have been the end for him. Is he old or something? Why would they put him down? Do you know?

We do love pictures!!! I have two blue merles currently and my first sheltie was a tri. They are a lovely breed!

Welcome to the forum Darlene, Dusty, and company. We have a good time here, lots of good information but a good bit of kidding around as well. Glad that you have joined us.
