A guy on my agility club said this is the type of discount he sees: Vet $30, Costco $17, after discount $7.
That's big savings, that can definitely add up.

I'm curious, does your vet actually give you the script to get it filled somewhere other than with them? I in the past have had issues with vets when I had horses being unwilling to write me a script to get the prescription cheaper elsewhere. Same for ordering contact lenses for myself.

Yes, you still need the script. I REALLY hate when doctors of any sort do that. I always tell them, I'm looking for cheaper prices that you can't give me, NOT cheaper products. Ugh.

My old vet acted this way about heartworm/monthly meds. Made me so mad! They wouldn't write scripts so you couldn't order online or anywhere else.
