How does your dog sleep?

Curled up? Like a frog--puppy like with legs akimbo? On his side? On his back (letting everything "hang out")?

Blaze is an "on his back (letting everything "hang out") guy (even though he has nothing to "hang out").

All of the above. Sometimes I find her all four legs in the air on the bathroom tile, sometimes propped up against the wall by the AC vents, or stretched out on her belly under the bed. There is no rhyme or reason to how she sleeps. Every day is an adventure with Shelby b

Usually on her side or curled up. I've never seen her sleep on her back. My first Sheltie slept on her back all the time. I'm not sure why Missy doesn't. Maybe she feels like she can't jump up fast enough from her back. She's very alert. If I move she'll pop up to see what I'm doing. My theory is she doesn't want to miss any of the action!

On their back, curled up in a back, stretched out full length, on top of me - whatever their fancy, that is how they sleep. Emma and Liam love to sleep really tight to me, in fact, Emma leans on me and then slides down.

But don't sleep in anyone else's spot, particularly Emma's, or the mad Sheltie glare comes out.:eek2:

Yep, that is my Laddie! I crack up when he sleeps on his back with all four paws the air!:eek2:

Mr Chance can only sleep one way... With his head between his front paws.:(

Logan is the wild card... All positions work for him!

On his side stretched out. Unless cold winter then curled up sometimes . Before old and arthritic he would often have spurts on his back. I miss that

Dickens sleeps on his side, and he's not particular about where he sleeps. And when he's asleep he looks for all the world as if he's dead!

Mine sleep in all the ways you say (excep the frog one).

Especially at night on my bed with their back very close to me .... but what catch my attention is that they love rest their head on a pillow!
