Hi - I am sorry if this is a repeat, but I checked through several pages, and couldn't really see this topic. Still trying to navigate my way around as only been a member for a day. I am not exactly good with computers either.
Anyway................to the topic. I just had a sheltie pass away, and the other two keep going to the door when they hear a noise, looking for him. Moppet was with him his entire 8 years of life, so is missing him more. She also lost her husband 2 years ago, so the 2 guys she knew so well are gone. She seems like she is depressed as well. She just sits with her back to me. I was unable to bring Speckle's body home, as we do not own a farm to bury him on. I think this would have helped. As far as the other dogs know, Speckle just disappeared, and they think he will come back from wherever he went to. How can I help my 2 Shelties grieve? I would really appreciate any feedback you can give. Thank you. Susan
