Casey has always been the most affectionate pooch ever. He is attached to the hip. He thinks he is human. Casey is just our pet. He does not compete or show. Is it uncommon for this breed to be this way.?

The Sheltie grew up with was our velcro dog. He adored us to know end and had to be with us everywhere we went. Naturally I thought Megan would be the same way, pffft, not really.

Absolutely not. Liam is my velcro dog. All of my dogs have loved to be with us, even though they were pets.

Megan has always wanted to be in the same room with us, near us, just not right next to or on us.

Our Sasha is almost always willing to be a lap dog, cuddle or give a kiss....

Clara is too busy being into everything. She turns inside out for my husband, but doesn't care too much about me. But Annabelle is often cuddling with meand not my husband. Casey is ALWAYS at my feet. And Bonnie is on the recliner. So if you want Bonnie cuddles, sit on her chair.
