Your dog has also hit puppy adolescence which is a very trying time for everyone. This is pretty common behaviour for an adolescent - you know, the world revolves around them! And they have the attention span of a gnat, their brains turn to fudge and basically, they are a pain. If you seach on the forum you will find heaps of posts of people lamenting over adolescent behaviour
The good news is adolescence doesn't last anywhere near as long as for humans, and is generally not as obnoxious (except for intact males - then you have to cope with the hormones too).
Go back to basics with training, and you may want to try the Nothing In Life is Free (NILIF) program - you will find lots on the net and on this forum. Keep him active and challenged, a tired adolescent is a bearable dog. Insead of feeding meals in a bowl use a treat bottle or Kong - then he is mentally stimulated and learning to have some quiet time.
I would say this is more that he wants to play with you both than being jealous - in his mind you are having fun and he wants part of it. Completely ignore him when he does this. Turn your backs and dont speak to him. As soon as you give him attention it has worked - both of you have focused on him. It may take a bit of effort to ignore but he will learn pretty quickly that it doesnt work. And when he settles down you can pat him or give him a kong or treat bottle as a reward.
