Wow, I'm surprised you have any time for studying, dinner time must be mayhem! And how do you manage to fit them all in?

I love British Bulldogs - they are pretty ugly but quite funny! I would love to see a lithe, springy crazy sheltie next to a bulky, sedate bulldog - that would be quite a pairing.
 
Welcome! I'm glad that you joined in. Can't wait to see all your furkids. My two keep me busy and my kid is all grown. I don't know how you do it.

I second the exact same sentiment!!!!! Although Shelties are now my forever breed, I do LOVE GSD's, particular the German/Czech working lines, or the old style German Farm GSD's... My family use to also raise Rabbits.. My sister in Germany is still at it, too...

A LOT of German/Czech lines have a working dog background, and the old east German working dogs tended to be heavier boned and more muscular then their counterparts. They were mostly border patrol dogs.
A lot of the German Shepherd Show dogs are also often certified Schutzhund Dogs, so that they can show the drive and work ability as well as beautiful conformation.
