I am ashamed to admit this - but I used to train Neechee with rice krispie treats. You can bite off a small piece then spit it at them. It worked wonders at getting flawless attention from him. And each time, just as we'd enter the show ring, I'd say "Good dogs get k-r-i-s-p-i-e treats. It got the best performance out of him - even surpassing my Border Collie.
