Lovely day

We had a nice day here, not unreasonably hot and not raining. Willow and I walked to the lake in our park and then we lay in the grass in a big patch of shade before heading home again. That isn't exactly exciting or unusual but it was lovely enough to share.

You have the most lovely area for walking in. My pups would love it. We also have an off road place that we go every day along a creek and a wide dirt path/fire road. Unfortunately there are so many different horrible stickers this year from all the rain, foxtails, burr clovers, castor bean pods etc. The dogs go off leash so sometimes they leave the path.

We had a rain shower yesterday evening that dropped the temperature from 99F to 79F. Today, we were able to take our morning walk without me needing to change my clothes. First time that has happened in a very long time!
