Lower Jaw quivering

My 13 year old has occasional lower jaw quivering. Usually when just sitting and relaxing and jaw is open breathing, no sign of distress or pain. If I touch the jaw it stops. Anyone ever see this or know about it?
Thank you.

Cody did it occasionally. He did it mostly when he was sniffing the ground or something interesting in the air. Don't recall that I ever saw him doing it while relaxing.

My boy Laddie does it when he gets really excited especially when I am telling him what a good and sweet boy he is...

Yes--same answer as above. Enzo does it after finding something on the ground (likely girl dog's pee), or after sniffing Lexi.

He will also do it when he REALLY wants a toy. So yes, definitely when they are excited!

Honey does it after she gets yelled at...most likely because the first few times I saw it I stopped telling her she was bad and hugged her instead. She has also learned to do it when she wants food and I'm not sharing enough.

Cleo did this a few times after I yelled at her. She was getting nippy because food was around I guess she didn't expect me to react that way. Both of mine have also done it when they smell something funky.
