Hi everyone! I live in NC with my fiancee and our 8 year old bi-black Shetland Sheepdog named Kai.

We recently put a deposit down on a 5 week old blue merle Sheltie puppy (tentatively named Chloe).

Not the highest quality picture, but there will be many more to come. :wink2:

I've never had a puppy before, so it's going to be very exciting and challenging! I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning lots of new things.
 
Welcome to the forum, Missy. Kai is beautiful and you soon to be baby is a real cutie! Puppies are a lot of fun...enjoy her.
 
Thanks guys! Yes, me and my fiancee are both super excited. The next three weeks are going to go by soooo slowly. haha
 
Welcome Missy, fiancée, Kai and coming soon, Chloe to Sheltie Nation. There will be lots of help here to get you through puppyhood. Thank you for the pictures, your babies are beautiful. You already know the joys of being a pet parent with Kai, now you can add the "2 AM feedings" to your resume! You are in for so much fun and you are probably right, for the next 3 weeks it will feel as if the clock has stopped. Keep us posted.
