Missing Shetie (?) Found - Western PA

Found this circulating on Facebook from March 9th

This puppy was FOUND in zip 15066 to zip 15010 area of the PA Turnpike Friday night March 8th. No one in the houses near the find recognized the puppy, the police have no calls looking for it. Is anyone missing this puppy?

This puppy (about 4-5 months old) is now safe at North East Ohio Sheltie Rescue.
