My puppy won't play with anything

You could also try food toys such as a treat ball or a lotus ball, where treats are dispensed as your pup plays with them. You could try loading them with very high value treats, and then just place the toy on the floor and see if she's interested.
 
Kaleigh isn't a fetcher, but Savannah is....and she will we retrieve anything then Kaleigh will pounce on her, or steal it and run...They don't like frisbee, but they love flying dog disks (at dollar tree) rope with cutouts that fly like frisbee and yet allow tug o war ...Kaleigh taught Savannah to pounce on squeaker toys and now they both try to out squeak each other.

My girls like puppets, and finger puppets (the glove type) they have the best time with...puppets picking up their toys makes them go nuts, so we do that a lot. And those goofy animal slippers are great for teaching hide and seek...I just think you have to introduce how fun something is and then just join in, laugh and be playful. Kaleigh was a one pup litter, so she didn't play like my others did, so I taught her to play, and then Savannah came showed her stuff, and now she plays more than when she was a new puppy.
 
My Dickens is almost three, and he still doesn't know how to play with humans. He'll bring you his toys one by one and drop them at your feet, but he won't do anything with them, apart from fetching if you throw one. He won't play tug, and he doesn't like to chew; in fact, he seems to have a decided antipathy to biting down on things. The things he enjoys most are herding, chasing, barking, howling and playing with his Schipperke friend Callie. Perhaps being a herding dog he tends to take life more seriously than other breeds.

I've never even thought of puppets. I need to find a place that sells puppets, because now I really want to try that with Tara and Annabelle.
