Need help with food please

I feed Spirit a raw diet - here is the website. She adores it, her coat is beautiful, thick, and shiny, her teeth look great, and she has no health problems :) I order it a case at a time - 20 pounds -and it lasts about 10 weeks.

Cara - How long have you been feeding Spirit this diet? The ingredients look really good, but I do not see much info on them on the web. Are you able to buy it locally, or is its shipped to you? Any issues with shipping?

Spirit is 2 years old and has been eating this since she was about 6 months old. There's a distributor about 45 minutes from me who also competes in agility, so I usually just get the food from him at a trial. I've also had it shipped to me with no problem. It's shipped overnight on dry ice.

I'm curious, for those that are suggesting raw via grocery store (etc), is it "organic" or whatever the "not pumped up with hormones and who knows what else" meat is called? I'm already trying to limit my own intake of meat that is going to China and coming back, but it's not cheap.

I tend to buy local meat and organic produce, the eggs I use are bought from a friend who has backyard chickens. The brewer's yeast and olive oil are usually organic, although not local.

Edit: Basically, I feed Maddie what I feed the rest of the household - I just buy a bit more now that she's eating it...and she doesn't get it cooked. :)

I sent an email request. Responded in 24 hours. No distributor in Louisiana, but gave me a contact in Florida. I think I just might give this a try.
Spirit really loves this food, and she's extremely healthy. Her teeth are perfect, her coat is gorgeous, and she's at a very healthy weight. I know at least 5 other dogs in the area who eat this food, and none of them have ever had a health problem in their lives (which might be genetics as well, but is almost certainly part diet).

Somehow I missed all this! My apologies!

And I guess I never sent a message before because I don't see where to send one!
