This post really pulls my heart stings. Our recently rescued Sheltie - Indie was completely bald when the Police had to remove her from her original home. Se had a little patch of fur on the top of her head. Can you even imagine a bald Sheltie? She had fleas and mange so bad that she lost all of her fur, the fact that she was chained in a yard without shelter and proper nutrition didn't help either. It took 6 months for her to get her coat back and even then it wasn't your typical Sheltie coat. Now 9 months later she is beginning to become "fluffy" with an undercoat and furry tail.
He is going to be a gorgeous little man, just a little TLC and he will make a family very happy
